Image of Life Coach Penny Budgen at home in Oxfordshire.Penny Budgen lives with her husband, 2 dogs, 1 cat and two chickens, in rural Oxfordshire in their 16th century thatched farmhouse, not far from the city of Oxford. She has 3 children in their 20’s and 30′s. As a personal and group life coach she runs Creature Comforts Coaching from her office and consulting room at home.

Penny believes passionately that everyone has their own capacity to get the best out of life. She is committed to helping people discover what they really, really want and has found Life Coaching methods and techniques to be the most effective and powerful way of helping people identify and access the best moves for them.

She has taught in both state and private sectors and has established Montessori Schools in the North and South of England, the last of which is still going strong. Penny has worked with women and children, young people and young adults for over thirty years as youth leader and founder member of youth initiatives and drop-in centres in the voluntary and state sectors, in National Childrens’ Homes, and as a Probation Officer and Programmes Tutor for the National Probation Service. She is currently a Referral Panel Member for the Youth Justice Board and a Life Coach for young offenders.

Penny is a young childrens’ author and published her first book, First Shapes in Buildings, in May 2009 with Frances Lincoln Publishing, London.

Penny has a down-to- earth, professional, compassionate approach, which helps people keep their feet on the ground whilst thinking ‘outside the box’. Her enthusiastic belief in each person’s unique skills and knowledge of themselves, allows her to guide and support people highly effectively.

Penny Budgen is a fully accredited Life Coach and a member of the Association for Coaching.

Her qualifications include BA Hons.Hist.Art; BA Hons Community Justice; Dip.Probation; Dip.Lang Aq. & Dev; Dip.Personal Performance Coaching; Dip. Mont.Ed; Cert Rest.Just.; Cert ETP; AMAC.

She is a fully accredited Life Coach and an Associate member of the Association for Coaching.
