Coaching Group Sessions

The next group coaching session is on the 20th October at 7:30–9:30pm at Old Farm House; feel free to click the invitation below for a printable pdf.

Being coached with others in a group is all about process and is very different to having a coaching relationship:

  • Each individual identifies and brings their own topic to the session. They do not share this with anyone.
  • The group remains silent (largely!).
  • The coach asks a series of carefully constructed questions that stimulate the mind and elicit responses.
  • Coachees make a written record of their own answers to these questions.
  • The coach guides the group through the process, facilitating each individual to set their best goal, examine their situation, identify their priorities and any obstacles and recognise their levels of commitment. Finally each person confirms their best way forward, when and how.

It’s exiting and a great experience and all done in the mind!
